Why Pet Therapy? Our canine pals are being increasingly used as participants in a variety of mental health and educational  programs.  Scientifically proven benefits of Pet Therapy involves assisted animals in an individual or group session.  Generally sessions last up to an hour.  The goal is to help improve social, emotional and cognitive functioning with the presence of a canine companion.
